A significant step up in quality, often requiring professional expertise to meet rigorous judging standards. 

• Goal: Flawless finishes in the eyes of professional judges.
• Point Scale: Aims for 90 to 95 points.
• Process: Often involves a "ground-up" or "frame-off" restoration where most of the car is disassembled to remove even minor defects. 

The pinnacle of restoration, intended for prestigious national competitions or high-end private collections. 

• Goal: Absolute perfection and 100% historical accuracy, as if the car just rolled off the assembly line.
• Point Scale: Aims for 95 to 100 points.
• Details: Every nut and bolt is period-correct; authentic materials and factory-original finishes are mandatory. These vehicles are rarely driven to preserve their pristine state.
